I've always loved movement, the great outdoors & working in Healthcare; but when I had a dip in my own mental health during 2021, I struggled to stay motivated to maintain my healthy habits. Everything changed when I realised the power of Coaching. I saw that creating a simple plan with accountability and support woven in can easily boost your movement, food choices, sleep, relaxation and connection. A plan like this changed my life, and it can change yours too.

From hockey, to running, to hiking, to tennis- I joined every sports club I could as a kid. I love movement and I love it most of all when it is outdoors in nature. When I decided to make my health a priority after a period of high stress in 2021, I thought I needed to train harder to feel better. It turns out I actually needed to address my stress levels, manage my anxious thoughts, improve my gut health & communicate better with my loved ones. Now I'm sharing my methods and helping others lead a healthy lifestyle through my evidence-based in-person workshops and online coaching.
